Something you need...something you want. Many of the things we want this Christmas season are not found in stores. We want to be able to be together with friends and family. We want Christmas parties. We want the certainty of knowing whether we will be teaching in person or remotely next week...
But, alas, these things are not in the cards this Christmas. But hope is on the horizon; a safe and effective vaccine is the most important gift we could give ourselves and our communities. Here's hoping that a year from now, we will remember this Christmas while we sip eggnog at a faculty Christmas party.
